When law enforcement and coroner personnel have cleared your property, the work of restoration begins. One Touch Bio Cleaning provides certified, confidential Crime Scene Cleanup in Ithaca -- arriving in unmarked vehicles and handling every detail with the discretion your situation demands.
Not every remediation company is equipped for the unique demands of Crime Scene Cleanup. One Touch Bio Cleaning has built its entire operation around doing this work correctly, discreetly, and with genuine respect for everyone involved.
One Touch Bio Cleaning technicians understand exactly how the property release process works in NE and coordinate accordingly. We never enter a property before it is properly cleared, and we can help you understand the timeline of when remediation can legally begin in your specific situation. Our familiarity with local protocols in Ithaca means there are no delays caused by confusion about clearance requirements -- we are ready to mobilize the moment the property is released.
Privacy is not an add-on at One Touch Bio Cleaning -- it is how we operate on every single job. We do not display company names or logos on our vehicles, we coordinate all communication through direct contact with you or your designated representative, and we are mindful of the sensitive nature of every Crime Scene Cleanup call we respond to in Ithaca.
Our technical standards match those required by OSHA's Bloodborne Pathogen Standard and applicable NE regulations. Every item of contaminated material is removed and disposed of through licensed waste management channels, and you receive full documentation of what was done and to what standard.
A crime scene is not just a property -- it is someone's home, someone's business, a place that held meaning. Our team approaches every job in Ithaca with that understanding. Personal items that can be preserved are cataloged and set aside carefully. When belongings must be removed due to contamination, we do so with documentation and communicate clearly with you about what was removed and why.
Each service below represents a critical phase of thorough Crime Scene Cleanup. Together they form the complete remediation process your property requires after a law enforcement scene is released in Ithaca.
Once law enforcement has cleared the property, our technicians conduct a thorough room-by-room evaluation of all contamination areas, document findings with precision, and develop a written remediation plan that we review with you or your representative before any work begins.
All biological materials -- including fluids, tissue, and contaminated soft goods -- are collected using proper containment protocol to prevent the spread of bloodborne pathogens to unaffected areas of the property during the extraction process.
Law enforcement investigations often leave behind fingerprint dusting powder, luminol, and other chemical agents. One Touch Bio Cleaning includes neutralization and cleanup of these materials as part of complete Crime Scene Cleanup at your Ithaca property.
Biological contamination penetrates porous surfaces such as hardwood, drywall, carpet, and concrete. Our team uses professional techniques to assess penetration depth and apply appropriate treatment -- or removal when necessary -- for every affected surface in the property.
We do not spray deodorizers and walk away. One Touch Bio Cleaning addresses the biological source of all odors using hydroxyl generation and HEPA air filtration, neutralizing the compounds responsible for odor at a molecular level to ensure permanent results.
After remediation is complete, One Touch Bio Cleaning prepares your Ithaca property for any follow-on restoration work by documenting the current state, identifying areas requiring contractor attention, and ensuring the space is biologically safe for restoration crews to enter and begin repairs.
Knowing what to expect removes uncertainty during an already stressful situation. This is how One Touch Bio Cleaning operates from the moment you contact us.
We confirm law enforcement has released the property and mobilize our nearest Ithaca team. We coordinate directly with you or your representative and give you a precise arrival window.
Our technicians assess every affected area, document findings thoroughly, and review the full scope of remediation work with you before any materials are touched or removed from the property.
Using certified protocols and professional equipment, our team remediates all biological contamination, addresses structural surfaces, neutralizes chemical residues, and eliminates odor sources throughout the property.
We verify remediation outcomes, provide complete documentation of all work performed, and walk you through the restored property before departing -- leaving your Ithaca space ready for re-entry or contractor restoration.
